Welcome to WRM2120, the cloud mining platform of Wind River Mining LLC (United States Entity No. 10137052, registered on July 8, 2020). The mailing address is Mile 1.5 Beam Road, Nome, AK 99762. The official site is wrm2120.com and the mining console is cloudconsole.wrm2120.com. Using the site, a plan, or the console means you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and allowed to make a contract where you live. WRM2120 is not offered where the law forbids it.

2. Accounts

  • Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • If someone else uses your account, tell us at once through Messenger, Telegram, or [email protected].
  • We may close an account that breaks these Terms.
  • One person, one account. Extra accounts used to get around a purchase limit are not allowed.
  • The public site opens on 2026-11-01 at 00:00 (GMT−12).

3. Plans

Prices and daily rewards are the USDT figures on the Membership page. 1× means one purchase. 10× means up to ten purchases, and you may buy that plan again after the contract ends. W01 runs 30 days. W02–W10 run 90 days. When a contract ends, that principal is returned to your account. The daily reward follows the plan you bought.

  • W10 — $49,999 USDT — $9,089.82/day — 90 — 10×

4. Referrals

  • Six levels pay 11%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 1%, and 1% of the invited person's unlock price.
  • Commissions are calculated and credited automatically.
  • Self-referral, fake accounts, or other referral fraud can close the account and cancel commissions that have not been paid.

5. Withdrawals

  • You may withdraw once per day.
  • A 10% platform service fee is deducted. Withdrawing $100 USDT pays $90 USDT.
  • Use the USDT network shown in your account. A transfer on the wrong network can be lost, and WRM2120 is not responsible for that loss.
  • We may hold a withdrawal while a security or identity check is unfinished.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Money laundering, fraud, or illegal funds
  • Pretending to be another user or a WRM2120 employee
  • Attacking or probing platform security
  • Bots or scripts used to manipulate the platform
  • Any act that breaks United States federal law or the law of the State of Alaska

7. Intellectual property

The text, trademarks, logo, and software on WRM2120 belong to Wind River Mining LLC. Do not copy or distribute them without written permission.

8. Liability

Where the law allows, WRM2120 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For a claim about one plan, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.

9. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Alaska, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your country requires something else.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the latest version. If you keep using WRM2120 after an update, you accept the new Terms.
